Things people ask before joining.
- What is a Continuum?
- Our name for a living record of a piece of work: where you got to, what you decided, the sources and working rules that matter, and what remains unresolved. It is intended to help the next conversation start with the relevant story.
- Do I have to organise everything into Projects first?
- No formal project structure is required by the product concept. Discovery should look for related work across the material you choose, including ordinary conversations. The beta will explain which sources and import routes it supports.
- Can it learn how I like to work?
- It can propose working rules from the history it has examined. You can inspect the supporting material, change the wording or scope, reject the suggestion or choose to activate it. A suggestion is not a rule until the required approval happens.
- Does the AI decide what gets remembered?
- Continuums can preserve that an AI made a suggestion without treating it as your decision. The principle is AI proposes. You decide. Rejected and superseded material can remain in history without being presented as current accepted state.
- Which AIs and devices does it work with?
- Support depends on the workflow: importing history, taking a briefing into an AI, reviewing a return and direct integration are different capabilities. The Personal page and each beta invitation will identify the tested combinations.
- Can I use it if I only use my phone?
- Phone-only use is a first-class requirement for Personal. Tell us your device when you register. We’ll explain the supported mobile route before inviting you; registration does not imply that a native mobile app is already available.
- Does it need all my AI history?
- The design starts with the material you choose to provide. Discovery cannot know about material it has not accessed, and limited access means a limited picture. Sharing more is not a condition of joining the beta.
- Can I take my work out again?
- Export and deletion are core ownership commitments, including for free users. The offered beta workflow must explain what it exports, what a backup contains and how deletion affects local, derived and externally shared copies.
- Will it stop AI making mistakes?
- No system can promise that. The aim is to reduce repeated explanation and make the context, source and status of information more visible. You remain able to inspect and correct the record.
- What will it cost?
- The working plan is a permanent free tier for one real Continuum and a paid Personal plan. Registration is not a purchase.
